The terrace of Triennale Milano was furnished with Plust furniture for the iF DESIGN STUDENT AWARD 2024 ceremony, one of the most important and significant competitions in the world for young designers for over 20 years. It was a pleasure to light up the evening and be the setting for the event that awarded the best design student projects, selected from approximately 10,000 submissions from 72 nations.
The award ceremony, organized by the German institution iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hannover, with its iF DESIGN AWARD, is recognized as one of the most important “trademarks” in the world of design excellence internationally. Together with sponsors – GROHE (Germany), Wonderland (Taipei), NetDragon (China), Compal Electronics (Taipei), and Casarte (China) – iF Design offers the award winners an international stage and a springboard for a successful career start.
A special surprise was Michele de Lucchi’s speech to the young designers, of which we are very proud.
